70 degrees of Las Vegas
Since the weather today here in the Mojave desert is a balmy 70 degrees, I decided to change out all of the 'Winter' side of my stash area and replace it with some of my 'Spring' themed items.
Managed to finish a project last night. It is done in the style of my last French inspired monogram sampler. Stitchy notes first :)
Monograms: DMC Italy (http://www.dmc.com/majic/pageServer/1c010100cl/it/ct/os/prid/26720/index.html)
Double M motif: Point de Croix Bourguignon (http://www.pcbdijon.com/accueil/TMP1072434954.htm).
Fabric: DMC printed aida in 14 count DC27T-arab3.
Fiber: Access Commodities 1846 (a forest green)
Needle: John James platinum tapestry needle in size 26.
Frame: Q-snap in 8x8
Began: Tuesday, February 17, 2009.
Finished: Tuesday, February 25, 2009.
Here is my next stitchy project. It is 'Love Cats' by Brittercup Designs. DH wanted me to do it to commemorate our wedding on the 14th of February :). I will pull the mats after lunch and get to working on it this afternoon. I love BCD, as they stitch up quickly and are a lot of fun to do.
Hope everyone is having a good day today. :)

Our weather has been lovely too. We're supposed to have high 70's tomorrow, time for a motorcycle trip? YES!
Lovely stitching and crafts...the crackle finish on the tray is wonderful!
LOL I'm always a little nervous giving catnip to Taco. My sister gave some to her cat and it got so excited it ran to the corner of the living room and peed all over the wall and an upholstered seat! My sister was a bit shocked, you could say. The cat never had catnip again! ROFLMAO
