Mermaid Azure Start

After I had finished up my Letter B fairy from yesterday, I assembled everything I needed for Mermaid Azure. Yes, I know I have already started Ana from the Bewitching Pixies collection and Bluebeard's Princess but honestly, I need to restart Bluebeard's Princess. The 40 count Newcastle linen in Meditation by Picture This Plus, from their Crystal line is going to be just too small for beads and those are what make a Mira a Mira. So, until I can get that ordered, it's time for another mermaid, cause that's what I've been wanting to stitch. Living in the desert just makes this Child of the Ocean crave turquoise and teal green waters like something awful!


Well, at any rate, here is what I managed yesterday afternoon:

Fabric Used: 32 count Zweigart Belfast linen in Rainbow Dreams by Silkweaver from their Reflections (opalescent) line.

Fibers Used:  DMC in B5200, 469, 535, 704, 754, 758, 772, 951, 954, 955, 991, 992, 3371, 3761, 3765, 3844, 3845, 3846, and 3847. 


Bling Used:  Mill Hill beads in #00525 Light Green, #02008 Sea Breeze, #02016 Crystal Mint, #02031 Citron, and #42029 Tapestry Teal. Mill Hill Treasures in #13003 Margarita Emerald crystal flowers and #13016 Emerald crystal beads.
