Merry Turkey Coma Day!

Merry Turkey Coma Day to you all! Hope everyone in the US had a happy Thanksgiving. We went to my MIL's and had a good time. Both DH and I have to work today, but we are ok with this as going out in the AM on 'Black Friday' is the equivalent to having one's teeth drilled in our opinion. :)

 I managed to get a finish in yesterday. It's another SMO that I've had since 2006. I've been stitching these a lot lately, but since I haven't stitched any SMO's in a while, it's all good. I have a project that I am starting today, as it is now 'officially' the start of the holiday season. I am looking forward to stitching this one. Well, at any rate, on with the show! ;)

Design: Christmas Cookies 

Designer: Sandra Dering of SanMan Originals

Fabric: 32 count Belfast linen in Legacy  by Picture This Plus, from their Crystal line. 

Fibers Used:  DMC 319 and 321. SanMan Strands in Jingle Bell Rock.

Stitcher's Notes: This was a Secret Shop design from 2006. SanMan Strands are a discontinued floss line.

Fabric Used: 32 count Belfast linen in white opalescent

Fibers Used:  DMC B5200, 326, 469, 500, 581, 754, 777, 779, 838, 907, 934, 936, 948, 962, 3805, 3813. Kreinik metallic thread #4 in 015 Chartreuse and 1432 Blue Ice.

 Bling Used: Mill Hill beads in #02031 Citron and #03049 Rich Red.

Your SMO is cute. I stitched that one up a few years ago too. Looking forward to seeing the progress on your fairy.
