Post Weekend Update Monday, October 5, 2015

Honestly, I really did not think that I got this far in this piece. I had another Hercule Poirot  movie marathon yesterday. Netflix updated their website with Season 12's Three Act Tragedy, Hallowe'en Party, Murder on the Orient Express, and The Clocks. It was dark and dreary here in the desert yesterday, which made it perfect weather for a Hercule Poirot  movie marathon, tea, stitching, and spiced pound cake with an cinnamon apple cider glaze. Heaven!

This is what I managed to accomplish a bit on Saturday and all of Sunday afternoon:

Designer: Diane Williams of Little House Needleworks

Fabric Used: 28 count Cashel linen by Lakeside Linens in Vintage Lentil

Fibers Used: Crescent Colours  cotton flosses in Bramble Bush, Brown Sugar, Copper Penny, Cupid, Hickory Sticks, Toasted Marshmallow, and Weeping Willow

Stitcher's Notes: Began Tuesday, September 29, 2015. Changed colors on tow of the pumpkins.

As of Friday, October 2, 2015:

As of Monday, October 5, 2015:

I best be off. The beef stew that I made for lunch today is ready. I have a side of thick crusted whole garlic loaf, with some really good butter to attend to on this pouring rain Monday. I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend!

Respectfully submitted,
