Ever have a piece that when you start off you are so terribly excited about it and then get halfway through and decide that, for whatever reason, you're no longer as over the moon about it as you once were? This is happening with the piece I am trying to finish before my next trip to
Stitcher's Paradise for the Wednesday Stitch-In. I should have it completed by then, but in the mean time in between time, I am no longer as thrilled with this piece as I once was. Normally, I am not sure why this happens, but in this case, I am over the color combination. It looked really good on the fabric before I started, however, now, I'm mainly 'meh' over it. I prefer deeper, richer colors for fall, as opposed to more muted tones. I will probably make this into a door hanger or something and then perhaps do a giveaway or something.
