Baked Goods finish

Had another late night finish last night. And me being me, I did not use the materials called for, instead choosing to use what I had in my stash. I also chose to use Mill Hill seed beads instead of the dreaded French Knots that were called for in the project. Besides, I think the beads look snazzy :P.  This was another project from the UFO pile. I am very pleased with my progress on that pile. I will probably return to The Queen's Crowns today and tomorrow. I am hoping  to have that one completed soon.

At any rate, here is the finished stitching:

Design: Baked Goods

Designer: Diane Williams of Little House Needleworks

Fabric Used:  32 count Country French Linen in Cafe Mocha

Fibers Used: Access Commodities Soie d'Alger in 4534. Crescent Colours Belle Soie silk in Biscotti, Cranberry, Harvest, Mango, Tree Trunk, and Vanilla Pudding. Mill Hill seed beads in 03003 Cranberry, 4072 in Old Gold, and unknown seed beads in Ivory.

Stitcher's notes: Ran out of the Mill Hill seed beads in 03003 Cranberry. I am missing a total of three of them, but I'm calling this one finished anyway :).

Well, I must be off. Need to see what DH wants to do today. Hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend! :)
