Uno Mas (One More)

Some time ago, Stitchers' Village announced that they were having a 'fabric orphan' sale on Picture This Plus fabrics. These are quarter cuts (approximately18″ x 27″) and, through no fault of their own, do not match any of the PTP color categories, so they are not a color that is in the Picture This Plus line. This makes them one of a kind pieces of fabric. I managed to snag this piece at a very good price and I just love it.

I decided that it needed a monochrome design in a white or off white silk. I then found a wonderful design by Dany Chevallier of Danybrod and knew this was going to be my last project of the year. It is stitching up quite quickly and easily. Gotta love projects like that! :)

At any rate, on with the show:

Design: Allégresse

Designer: Dany Chevallier of Danybrod

Fabric Used: 32 count Belfast linen Fabric Orphan No. B301 (closest to Heraldby Picture This Plus

Fiber Used: Crescent Colours Belle Soie silk in Vanilla Pudding

Stitchers' Notes: Began Tuesday, December 12, 2017. Project number 30 for the year 2017. Fabric is a fabric orphan purchased from Stitchers' Village.

Well, time for me to be off. I hope everyone is getting in some stitching time during the holidays.

Happy stitching! :)
